This full‑time, remote‑eligible position offers flexibility for candidates living outside of Southeast Michigan while still providing a collaborative, supportive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to neighbor inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding store services, product availability, loyalty programs, and promotional offers.
  • Partner with store teams and field management to resolve neighbor complaints efficiently, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, capturing details of the inquiry, resolution steps, and follow‑up actions.
  • Generate regular reports on inquiry volume, response times, and resolution rates to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support neighbor retention initiatives by recommending relevant programs, promotions, and personalized solutions.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on arenaflex’s product lines, seasonal promotions, loyalty benefits, and company policies.
  • Assist with product recall communications, ensuring neighbors receive accurate information and guidance.
  • Provide clear, concise information to neighbors about arenaflex’s services, policies, and community events.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, call‑center operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing—with internal teams and external customers.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to exercise sound judgment and critical thinking under pressure.
  • Proven track record of multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Weekend and evening shift availability, including rotation as needed.
  • Proficiency in data entry and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
