[Remote] IBM NetCool Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cloud Data Vision is seeking an experienced IBM Netcool Developer / AIOps Engineer with strong Telecom domain expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise Fault Management (FM) and AIOps solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus, Netcool Operations Insight (NOI), AI Ops, event correlation, automation, and multi-vendor telecom network monitoring environments.
Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in Telecom Fault Management and Event Management platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Netcool/OMNIbus and Netcool Operations Insight (NOI)
- Experience implementing AI Ops and event correlation solutions in telecom environments
- Deep understanding of telecom domains including RAN, Core, Transport, IP/MPLS, and IT Infrastructure
- Experience integrating enterprise monitoring and ticketing platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Development experience using Python, Shell Scripting, Java, and JavaScript
