Responsibilities
- Execute disciplined follow-up on prospects who are not ready to book
- Utilize Lawmatics (CRM) to manage all leads and communications
- Follow all intake scripts, checklists, and workflows exactly as designed
- Clearly communicate value and expectations to prospective clients
- Consistently move leads forward through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all interactions
- Book strategy sessions with qualified leads
- Qualify callers based on firm-established criteria
- Collect consult fees at the time of booking
- Navigate sensitive conversations
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone

- Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with professionalism and care
- Prior experience in a law firm, especially in intake or client services
- Experience in consultative sales, client intake, or call-based roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Lawmatics experience is a strong plus)
