[Remote] Growth - Account Engagement Manager (Full time)

Fitnescity Health is focused on enhancing customer and partner relationships, and they are seeking a Growth - Account Engagement Manager to improve account happiness and engagement. The role involves understanding partner needs, leading engagement initiatives, and running growth campaigns to drive retention and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand our partner base and what drives retention among cohorts
- Lead and refine partner cohort analysis
- Work closely with Operations to understand current pain points and implement initiatives to increase engagement and growth
- Lead partner engagement end to end (lead generation, outreach, and other content)
- Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
- Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth
Skills
- You have an Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management
- You have Growth / Marketing / Business to Business experience
- You are good with numbers
- You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided)
- You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement)
- You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry
