[Remote] Revenue Operations Manager

They are seeking a RevOps Manager to design and execute impactful programs that enhance client retention and referrals while managing the revenue operations infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the revenue operations infrastructure including the systems, strategy, and vision for this critical part of the business
- Design and launch programs that help LOs stay top-of-mind with past clients, generate referrals, and re-engage unconverted leads
- Build a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, SMS, newsletters) that drives measurable lift in retention and referrals
- Support and help scale our direct-to-consumer channel, including Bankrate and other lead-buying programs
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiency is a must — not simply a willingness to learn, but AI should be a proven, hands-on capability central to how you work
- Own the GTM systems for retention, referral, and DTC programs
- Implement and maintain Salesforce workflows, reporting dashboards, and attribution models
- Operate and integrate various CRM and marketing automation tools for targeted campaigns
- Bring in additional resources (third-party tools, contractors) when needed to scale execution
- Define, track, and improve KPIs including client retention rate, referral rate lift, LO adoption and participation, and DTC channel performance
- Use data to refine campaigns, improve performance, and prioritize the highest-ROI efforts
- Partner closely with the Director of Business Operations, leadership, and sales to align revenue strategy with overall growth goals
- Motivate and enable LOs to adopt the programs and tools you build
- Work cross-functionally to drive adoption of new systems and processes across teams
Skills
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, GTM strategy, or a similar growth-focused role
- Experience in a B2C environment with data from large or nationwide sales teams is a plus
- Deep experience with marketing automation tools and a demonstrated ability to stay current as AI changes this space
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — you can design the play and run it
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, retention levers, and customer lifecycle management
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a player-coach mentality — this is a hands-on role with significant execution responsibility from day one
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiency is a must — not simply a willingness to learn, but AI should be a proven, hands-on capability central to how you work
- Mortgage or financial services industry experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience launching a new function or program from scratch
- Familiarity with lightweight build tools like Retool or Airtable — we move fast and build scrappy, and comfort with that approach goes a long way
