[Remote] Senior Sales Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VeriPark is a global technology company specializing in the Financial Services industry, and they are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive their expansion into the U.S. market. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales and building relationships with regional banks and large credit unions by selling VeriPark’s Banking CRM, Digital Channels, and Loan Origination solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned targets by selling VeriPark’s Banking CRM, Digital Channels, and Loan Origination solutions and SI services to regional banks and large credit unions
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align sales strategies and product positioning to market needs
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target financial institutions
- Apply “Challenger Sale” principles and follow VeriPark sales process and standards
- Expertly communicate the value proposition of VeriPark’s solutions vis-à-vis market needs and competitors’ offerings
- Manage the sales process end-to-end, from early-stage lead generation efforts, through evaluation and selection phases to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with pre-sales / proposal teams to deliver sales presentations, demonstrations and proposals tailored to prospects’ needs
- Engage with Microsoft sellers, technology specialists and industry teams to coordinate joint deal pursuits
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Maintain pipeline data in VeriPark’s CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and opportunity updates to leadership
- Participate in marketing activities, industry events and tradeshows, handling conversations and delivering presentations during sponsored events
Skills
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in complex B2B technology sales and/or pre-sales
- At least 4 years of experience selling software applications and/or systems integration services to mid-size banks and/or large credit unions (preferably related to CRM, loan origination or digital banking applications)
- Ability to be clear, concise, and convincing in written and oral communication
- Capable of influencing at all organizational levels and across various stakeholder functions
- Proven experience in navigating complex buying cycles and creatively structuring mutually beneficial deals
- Comfortable working with details related to finance, legal, product functionality and technology
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives when facing challenging business problems
- Open to frequent travel within the USA
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent
- Preference for those located in Central Florida / Greater Orlando
