[Remote] Growth Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dataworks is a fast-scaling, founder-led B2C SaaS company that has grown to ~$20M revenue organically, without external funding. They are seeking their first dedicated Growth Product Manager to take ownership of growth initiatives across the product, working closely with founders and engineers to optimize pricing, onboarding, and reduce churn.
Responsibilities
- Owning growth end-to-end across the product
- Work directly with founders and engineers to identify, prioritise, and execute on the biggest growth levers
- Pricing and packaging optimisation
- Improving onboarding and activation
- Reducing churn and reactivating users
- Driving product-led growth initiatives
- Building and running experiments across the funnel
Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in growth PM roles
- Strong background in B2C SaaS
- Background working in an early-stage startup
- Proven experience working on the product side of growth
- Comfortable owning experiments end-to-end
- Data-driven, but with strong product intuition
- Able to move quickly and operate with high ownership
- Experience in fintech, trading, or consumer analytics tools
- Background in subscription-based products
