[Remote] Meeting Registrar/Administrative Support Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Building People is seeking a Meeting Registrar/Administrative Support Specialist to assist with event logistics for a federal agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documents, coordinating briefings, and managing meeting logistics in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event logistics for a federal agency
  • Prepare quality documents, reports and slides
  • Coordinate briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendance and minutes
  • Prepare, edit and finalize correspondence, documents and briefings using Microsoft Office
  • Manage document routing, coordination, tracking and retaining/filing
  • Manage time and events effectively

Skills

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in providing logistical support
  • Ability to perform administrative duties such as preparing quality documents, reports and slides and coordinating briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendance and minutes
  • Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience in preparing, editing and finalizing correspondence, documents and briefings
  • Must have experience in document routing, coordination, tracking and retaining/filing
  • Ability to manage time and events effectively
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience with events or meeting logistics support preferred
