[Remote] Associate Delivery Operations Analyst

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. World Wide Technology is a global technology solutions provider leading the AI and Digital Revolution. The Associate Delivery Operations Analyst role focuses on gathering operational requirements, driving process improvements, and ensuring data rationalization to enhance multisite operations.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document operational requirements from multisite execution teams through structured discovery — interviews, observation, and workflow analysis
  • Translate field needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for application developers
  • Own the requirements lifecycle from discovery through development handoff, UAT coordination, and deployment validation
  • Serve as the ongoing liaison between operational stakeholders and technical teams — translating business context for developers and surfacing technical constraints back to operations
  • Map current-state workflows across sites to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and non-standard practices
  • Design and implement streamlined future-state processes, ensuring consistency across the multisite footprint
  • Build playbooks, SOPs, and training materials that make process changes stick
  • Partner with site leaders to validate improvements before broad rollout and track adoption post-launch
  • Assess the operational data landscape — identify redundant, conflicting, or ungoverned data sources across sites and systems
  • Define data standards and consolidation strategies, and work with developers and data teams to implement them
  • Ensure operational data is reliable, consistent, and accessible to the teams who need it
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports that surface KPIs, trends, and performance gaps across the multisite network
  • Define and track quality metrics; own root cause analysis when gaps are identified and drive corrective action
  • Deliver regular reporting to operations leadership with clear, actionable insights — not just data
  • Evaluate existing tools and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement
  • Write functional requirements for new tool capabilities; coordinate with developers on configuration, testing, and rollout
  • Drive adoption of tools across sites through training, documentation, and change management support

Skills

  • 1-3 years in an operations analyst, business analyst, or Computer Science degree
  • Experience working in a multisite, distributed, or logistics-intensive operations environment is a strong plus
  • Track record of translating operational needs into development-ready requirements
  • Process documentation and mapping — BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
  • Functional requirements writing and user story development
  • Data analysis — proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, AI, or equivalent tools
  • Comfort working with SQL or structured data queries to pull and validate operational data
  • Strong communicator who can work effectively with bridge leads, field operations teams, PMO, and technical developers
  • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or custom-built operational tools
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery — writing tickets, participating in sprint reviews, working within a development cadence
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks or master data management concepts
