- Handling inbound calls and warm leads
- Consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
Skills
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
