Truly Investor Capital, a division of Oaktree Funding, is seeking a Regional Sales Advisor to enhance their private lending sales model. The role focuses on empowering top producers with real-time pricing control and efficient processing to streamline the lending process for clients.
Responsibilities
- Control pricing in real time
- Utilize proprietary Salesforce-based origination platform to pre-qualify borrowers
- Generate live pricing on calls and lock terms immediately
- Ensure closings in as little as 7–10 days
- Oversee in-house feasibility, construction, fund control, and asset management
- Provide product flexibility for fix-and-flip and ground-up construction
- Manage a pipeline and a book of business
- Leverage integrated real-time pricing through LoanPass
Skills
- Have a track record in RTL, private lending, DSCR, or investor-focused mortgage sales
- Know how to manage a pipeline and a book of business
- Value speed, clarity, and credibility over transactional volume
