[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

Sales Search Partners is a growing, PE-backed animal healthcare organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in a newly created Commercial Finance role. This position serves as a key business partner, delivering revenue analytics, pricing insights, forecasting, and strategic decision support to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leaders on revenue growth initiatives
- Analyze pricing, product mix, channel performance, and profitability
- Build financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
- Perform variance analysis, scenario modeling, and revenue forecasting
- Present actionable insights to senior leadership
Skills
- 3-10 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis experience
- Strong revenue analytics background required
- Experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing organizations
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, and SAP experience are pluses
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Power BI, Tableau, and SAP experience are pluses
