[Remote] Seismic Operations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vertiscript Global is seeking a Seismic Operations Specialist to support and optimize their Seismic Sales Enablement platform. The role involves overseeing the operational aspects of the platform, collaborating with IT teams, and managing its features to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational aspects of the Seismic platform, ensuring its stability and availability for client-facing teams
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance the Seismic platform’s integration with other business tools
- Manage and support the platform’s features such as LiveDocs, LiveSend, and Print-on-Demand to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor platform usage and performance, providing regular analytics and reporting to stakeholders
- Identify and implement improvements for increased automation, better forecasting, and enhanced productivity
- Guide the strategic roadmap for Seismic’s future state, aiming for full automation and seamless content updates
- Support the strategy and advisory team with assessments, benchmarking, and developing an implementation roadmap
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in managing sales enablement platforms, specifically Seismic
- Strong technical acumen with experience in integrating sales enablement tools with CRM, marketing automation, and other technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree
