In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them plan, book, and manage trips while providing exceptional service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with vacation planning, including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries
- Provide clear, friendly communication via phone, email, and social platforms
- Research destinations, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements
- Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel documentation
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care
- Build long-term relationships that turn travelers into repeat clients
