About the Role

As a Remote Customer Experience Associate – Home Services Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for both our valued customers and our network of professional service providers. This is not your average call center position. You'll be the friendly voice and sharp mind behind every interaction, whether you're guiding a homeowner through their first booking, helping a service provider navigate a complex work order, or troubleshooting a technical issue with our proprietary platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from customers and service providers, delivering warm, professional, and solution-oriented support on every interaction
  • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to customer inquiries received via email, SMS text messages, and live web chat, providing comprehensive answers that address all aspects of each concern
  • Assist customers throughout the entire booking lifecycle, including scheduling new services, modifying existing appointments, processing cancellations, and rescheduling when needed
  • Provide dedicated support to service providers regarding work orders, policy clarifications, payment inquiries, and platform-related questions
  • Troubleshoot software and application issues for both customers and service providers, escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Track and manage multiple customer issues simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every concern receives proper attention and resolution
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system, maintaining detailed records that support continuity of care and team collaboration

Requirements: What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Current residency in the state of Arizona (this position is only available to Arizona residents due to operational requirements)
