Job Title: Fully Remote Salesforce Scrum Master Location: Remote (Must be willing to work EST hours... Salary: Up to $125,000 USD per annum (MAX) Position Type: Full-time, Remote Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree required Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required due to govt rules and regulations Certification Requirement: Certified Scrum Master certification required Clearance Process: Approximately 4-6 weeks from offer acceptance to start date Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Salesforce projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Agile methodologies, extensive experience in Scrum practices, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities ? Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. ? Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices to improve efficiency and productivity. ? Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog. ? Remove impediments and barriers to the team's progress to ensure smooth and continuous delivery. ? Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to promote open communication and transparency. ? Utilize Salesforce expertise to support the team in delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. ? Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders and leadership. Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. ? Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. ? Strong Salesforce experience, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configurations. ? Federal Government contract experience is a significant plus. ? Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required. ? Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and collaborate across distributed teams. ? Must be willing to work EST hours to facilitate collaboration with the team. Benefits ?
