Junior Business Analyst / Junior Scrum Master (Remote Role)
Job Title: Junior Business Analyst / Junior Scrum Master Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (USA) Employment Type: W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire, or Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals interested in building a career in Business Analysis and Agile project delivery. Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and project documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to support project delivery.
- Track project tasks, requirements, and action items.
- Support backlog management and requirements prioritization.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of Business Analysis or Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and documentation.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
