arenaflex is currently undertaking a critical Beacon‑to‑Link migration project that will transition thousands of organizations, user accounts, and order components to a new, more efficient application platform. While the development team is building automated migration tools, there remains a substantial need for meticulous manual data entry to ensure a seamless transition for clinicians, nurses, and administrative staff who rely on these systems daily. Your work will directly impact the continuity of patient care, reduce downtime for healthcare providers, and help maintain the high standards of service that arenaflex is known for.

Role Overview

As an Application Administrator at arenaflex, you will serve as the front‑line guardian of data integrity and user experience during the migration phase. This is a fully remote, entry‑level position that blends fast, accurate typing with exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with a small, agile team of developers, project managers, and support specialists to create, verify, and maintain organization and user records in the new Link system. The role offers flexible shift options to accommodate various time zones across the United States, with core hours ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry of organizations, user profiles, and order components into the Link platform, maintaining an accuracy rate of 99 % or higher.
  • Validate migrated data against source records, flagging discrepancies and working with the development team to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to end‑users, answering questions, troubleshooting login problems, and guiding them through the new application’s features.
  • Document all data entry activities, including timestamps, error logs, and resolution steps, to ensure auditability and compliance with arenaflex’s data governance policies.
  • Participate in daily stand‑up meetings, sharing progress updates, blockers, and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Assist the Tier 1 helpdesk by triaging incoming tickets related to the migration, escalating complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
  • Complete a brief 3‑minute IKM assessment during onboarding to verify typing speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection and a secure home‑office environment that meets arenaflex’s cybersecurity standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of user‑friendly documentation and quick‑reference guides for clinicians and administrative staff.

Essential Qualifications

  • Typing proficiency: Minimum 40 words per minute with high accuracy; demonstrated ability to sustain fast typing over extended periods.
  • Language mastery: Excellent command of written and spoken English; bilingual capability in Spanish is required to support a diverse user base.
  • Software proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including formulas, data validation, and basic macro usage.
  • Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, information technology, or related fields is a plus.
  • Reliability: Consistent high‑speed internet access, a quiet workspace, and the ability to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
  • Customer‑service orientation: Demonstrated experience in a client‑facing role, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem‑solving.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support environment, especially with ticket‑triage and resolution.
  • Familiarity with data migration concepts, CRM systems, or healthcare‑related software platforms.
  • Exposure to remote work environments and self‑management tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Asana.
  • Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices.
  • Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar credentials.

Work Schedule & Environment

arenaflex offers flexible shift options to accommodate a variety of personal schedules. Core shift windows include:

  • 8 AM – 5 PM EST
  • 9 AM – 6 PM EST
  • 10 AM – 7 PM EST
  • 11 AM – 8 PM EST

All positions are fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within the United States that meets the company’s security standards. A reliable broadband connection, a quiet workspace, and a headset for virtual collaboration are required.
