Position Overview

This full‑time, remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour. You will work closely with transportation managers, fleet supervisors, and cross‑functional leaders to collect, analyze, and maintain data that drives strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration & Management: Consolidate data from multiple database platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for stakeholders.
• Excel Solutions Development: Design, build, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and dashboards that track fleet utilization, route efficiency, cost metrics, and compliance indicators.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Consult with transportation managers and senior leaders to identify business needs, prioritize projects, and translate requirements into data‑driven solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and driver productivity.
• Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to data collection methods, reporting processes, and analytical tools to increase operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting complex data to non‑technical audiences.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to spot inconsistencies and resolve data quality issues.
