[Remote] Retail Field Sales Ambassador - Vancouver

They are seeking motivated Retail Field Sales Ambassadors to engage customers and educate them on financial products in high-traffic retail locations throughout Vancouver and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
- Educate customers on financial product features, benefits, and rewards
- Build rapport and identify customer needs through consultative conversations
- Demonstrate product value and explain how products fit customer lifestyles
- Deliver a positive and informative customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Participate in ongoing coaching and product training
- Accurately complete reporting and sales activity tracking
- Maintain compliance with all company and client policies and procedures
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, direct sales, or financial services)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers proactively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
