Junior Operational Analyst
Healio is seeking a Junior Operational Analyst to join their team at Vindico Medical Education. The role involves coordinating the finalization of Continuing Education activities, managing data entry, and developing outcomes reports to support the Outcomes Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Setting, filing, and organizing tasks in SalesForce
- Entry of data into various online systems which includes coordinating with internal Vindico Medical Education (VME) departments as needed and effectively communicating the meaning of the data to teams as needed
- Working within company templates (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Gathering, exporting, and filing data
- Creating outcomes reports to support Outcomes Analyst
- Coordinating internal review process and task tracking
Skills
- BA/BS degree
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Excellent time management
- Multitasking ability
- Ability to deliver on schedule
- Ensure that all deliverables are accurate, evidence-based, and in full compliance with accrediting bodies
- Collaborate with management throughout the company as necessary
- Aid the team in finding AI-powered solutions for repetitive tasks
- Experience with cloud-based databases (i.e., SalesForce or similar softwares)
- Willingness to use AI tools
