Precision Property Measurements (PPM) is a performance-driven company in the AEC industry, seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator. The role involves supporting the production team by managing office operations, providing administrative and technical support, and facilitating events and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office, including general organization, inventory of supplies and equipment, and maintenance
  • Support C3 Management with administrative and project support
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team during peak production periods
  • Publish timely metric reports on a weekly basis and send diligent follow up reminders
  • Be the 1st IT support contact for general troubleshooting production staff, escalate urgent or unresolved issues appropriately and promptly to keep our production staff functioning
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and schedule routine maintenance and upgrades with IT Vendor
  • Set up new employee workstations and logins to streamline the onboarding process
  • Provide administrative and logistical support during recruiting cycles
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and annual event planning & execution, encourage participation in recognition programs

Skills

  • Basic understanding of managing office operations, administrative workflows, and technical coordination
  • Highly organized with active listening skills
  • Ability to provide answers with a patient, courteous and professional demeanor
  • Proactive communication skills, both in writing and verbally
  • Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to field general IT questions and set up new workstations and laptops
  • Strong work ethic and a take-charge attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to retain new information easily
  • Quick and efficient in data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, and managing a healthy email inbox
