Executive Assistant
Starburst is a data platform for analytics and AI, helping organizations unlock data's full potential. They are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support multiple executives by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for 2-3 key executives in our organization, managing complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Manage executive calendars to keep their day prioritized and moving
- Act as a point of contact for named executives, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Arrange travel booking and accommodations for the leaders you support
- Lead general operations such as expense reporting
- Support local in-office presence by facilitating office events, managing supplies, and coordinating with building management where needed
- Execute special projects for teams internally where support is needed
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with Executive leaders and external contacts
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience with Google Suite for calendar management, document editing, and organization
- Ability to be in-person at a San Francisco office location 1 - 2 times per week
- Ability to Travel: This role will require 25% in-person travel for purposes including but not limited to new hire onboarding, team and department offsites, customer engagements, and other company events
