Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields

• Comfortable working with computer systems and Windows-based applications
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, designated home workspace
• Reliable, high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps
