Mortgage Loan Officer- HLC Home Equity

They are seeking a Mortgage Home Lending Center Loan Officer who will manage customer relationships, recommend loan solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
Responsibilities
- Recommends loan solutions to existing firm's customers in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements
- Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients within a call center environment
- Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services. Reviews documentation to ensure compliance. Manages customer pipeline for efficiency
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions
- Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers

- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
