About the Role

We are seeking a driven and curious Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about people and eager to kickstart a career in Human Resources. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience within a fast-growing, globally minded HR consultancy. You will gain real-world exposure to full-cycle recruitment projects, candidate communication management, and strategic talent alignment. Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment operations. Your daily responsibilities will include: Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for active and pipeline job projects using various platforms and networks. Profile Screening: Reviewing resumes and screening candidate profiles to evaluate their alignment with specific job requirements and organizational culture. Communication Coordination: Acting as a bridge between candidates and client hiring teams, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience. Operational Support: Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment operations, scheduling, and data management. Who We Are Looking For (Requirements) Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.) is preferred, but not strictly required.
