Senior Financial Analyst
Work Schedule: This is a full time, remote position. Weekly work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30 or 8am-4:30pm. This position is remote and won’t require any onsite work. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to: Support and coordinate the organization’s annual budgeting process, including budget system administration, process management, implementation, and communication across all levels of the organization. Manage and maintain the budget payroll system, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), salary expenditures, and other key financial metrics. Contribute to the development and execution of operational budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities. Prepare financial and statistical analyses, dashboards, graphs, and presentation materials, providing analytical support to finance teams and operational stakeholders. Generate and review month-end financial reports related to volume statistics, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution. Serve as a key resource for budget and financial inquiries by maintaining documentation, FAQs, and training materials. Provide timely responses to management requests regarding financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other accounting-related matters. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or another related field Required Four (4) years of relevant finance or accounting experience may be considered in lieu of the degree in addition to the experience below Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or another related field Preferred Work Experience 4 years of experience in accounting or finance that includes experience with computer systems, spreadsheet and database applications, data flow, report creation, and data interpretation Required 6 years of experience in accounting or finance within a healthcare setting Preferred Licenses & Certifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred Our Commitment to Social Impact and Belonging UW Health is committed to fostering a workplace that creates belonging for everyone and is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
