About the Company
We are building institutional-grade infrastructure for algorithmic trading at scale within one of the fastest-growing on-chain trading ecosystems. Our platform enables trading firms, market makers, and sophisticated investors to access advanced trading solutions and liquidity efficiently. The Role We are seeking a highly driven Growth Lead to accelerate platform adoption, increase Total Value Locked (TVL), and expand our strategic partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact position where you will own business development initiatives end-to-end, from sourcing and onboarding key trading partners to building strategic partnerships across the DeFi and trading infrastructure landscape.
Requirements
Source, engage, and onboard trading firms, market makers, hedge funds, and institutional users. Develop and manage strategic partnerships across DeFi protocols, exchanges, and trading infrastructure providers. Drive TVL growth and platform adoption through targeted business development initiatives. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align growth opportunities with the platform roadmap. Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and key community channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem stakeholders and strategic partners.
Benefits
Proven experience in Business Development, Growth, Partnerships, or Institutional Sales within a crypto protocol, exchange, prime broker, or trading infrastructure company. Strong network across crypto trading firms, market makers, hedge funds, and DeFi ecosystems. Deep understanding of institutional trading workflows, market structure, and on-chain infrastructure. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and highly technical stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes. Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
