Highlights include: 100% remote work environment Unlimited PTO plus company holidays Safe Harbor 401(k) with company contribution Company-funded HSA contribution Monthly internet stipend Annual company bonus opportunity Stable leadership team Exposure to SaaS accounting and revenue operations Opportunity to drive automation and process improvements High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership Growing company with strong long-term outlook Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a small billing team Review revenue activity, invoicing, collections, and billing processes Manage deferred revenue and revenue recognition activities Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end close Process payroll and oversee related accounting activities Review accounting data for accuracy and compliance Assist with automation initiatives and process improvements Partner with leadership on accounting operations and reporting Qualifications: SaaS accounting experience Revenue recognition experience Deferred revenue experience Month-end close experience Strong bank reconciliation experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of accounting principles Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables Preferred: Sage Intacct experience Maxio / Chargify experience Payroll processing experience Accounting degree Power Query experience Multi-state payroll exposure This Accounting Supervisor opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of accounting, revenue operations, team leadership, and process improvement.
