We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to serve as a consultative link between product teams and creative studios, driving seamless project execution. In this high-visibility role, you will champion the operational workflow that brings major brand stories to life. Responsibilities:Orchestrate end-to-end communication between cross-functional partners, including specialized product, merchandising, and Global Brand Writing teams, to ensure complete alignment on campaign objectives.Manage sample logistics and shipping workflows for dedicated production studios to guarantee timely, accurate creative execution and asset generation.Facilitate source copywriting processes across collaborative teams to maintain brand integrity and drive high-impact messaging across omnichannel touchpoints.Utilize Microsoft Office and Keynote to build comprehensive project trackers and visual presentations, providing stakeholders with clear, data-driven progress updates.
