  • Engagement Optimization: Deploy innovative tactics—such as personalized content, proactive outreach, and automated follow‑ups—to boost engagement metrics and reduce churn.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues, share insights, and co‑create solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Feedback & Reputation Monitoring: Track online reviews, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and sentiment trends; translate findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the design and execution of comprehensive online customer success strategies, including onboarding flows, self‑service resources, and loyalty programs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, support, or sales role, preferably within a technology‑focused or e‑commerce environment.
