  • Participate in capacity‑planning activities to support current and future network demands for warehouses, data centers, colocation sites, and cloud platforms.
  • Apply arenaflex best‑practice incident, problem, change, and request management processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Document all incident handling steps in detail, creating clear, concise reports for leadership and knowledge‑base updates.
  • Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 technical guidance to end‑users, internal teams, and external partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to procure required networking equipment and coordinate warranty or replacement actions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements that enhance network reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or arenaflex Technical Assistance Center (TAC) while tracking resolution progress.
  • Maintain a proactive daily task list, assign work items in arenaflex task‑management tools, and lead weekly team meetings.
  • Support after‑hours on‑call rotation, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 network availability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a support‑oriented role or in network administration.
  • Fundamental understanding of Ethernet, fiber optics, VPN, MPLS, and IP routing concepts.

  • Experience or awareness of arenaflex incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to translate technical terminology for non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with arenaflex Suite (formerly Google Suite) for documentation and collaboration.
