Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our high‑volume phone support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with deliveries, billing inquiries, and product concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers across the United States, providing courteous and professional assistance.

  • Achieve daily and weekly performance metrics, including average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate virtually with supervisors, team leads, and peers to share best practices and troubleshoot complex cases.
  • Participate in a three‑week paid training program, demonstrating 100 % attendance and active engagement.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell arenaflex’s product portfolio when appropriate, contributing to incentive and bonus programs.
  • Adhere to all security protocols, ensuring your home workspace remains private and compliant with data protection regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or contact‑center environment.
  • Proven ability to type at least 30 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (download ≥ 10 Mbps, upload ≥ 3 Mbps, ping 
  • Dedicated, distraction‑free workspace that can be accessed only by you during work hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows/macOS, web browsers, and common office software.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Residency in one of the eligible states (AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY).
