Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, part-time BCBA who is based in California and comfortable working remotely. This role is perfect for professionals who want flexible hours, a supportive team, and opportunities to focus on clinical care without administrative overload. What You’ll Do
- Provide remote supervision of in-home and community-based RBTs
- Conduct parent training via telehealth
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Collaborate with caregivers and support teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current California residency (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth and digital platforms
- Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills Why Join Us
