Proposal Specialist (REMOTE)

Employer Industry: Engineering and Consulting Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Salary up to $116,369 per year • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Work remotely (REMOTE) • Collaborative work environment • Chance to work on innovative infrastructure and environmental projects • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, and generous paid time off What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Collaborative work with proposal team and internal clients to prepare winning proposals, qualifications submittals, and interview presentations • Facilitate kick off meetings, define expectations, and manage adherence to proposal schedule • Develop strategy and win themes in collaboration with team and technical writers • Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and/or editing proposal narrative • Communicate and coordinate status with the proposal team • Facilitate final submittal production and delivery What Is Required (Qualifications) • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 4+ years of experience in planning, preparation, and development of architectural and engineering proposals and qualifications packages • Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills • Organizational conceptual thinking skills and effective decision-making skills • Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills • Familiarity with the AEC industry and experience with Adobe InDesign How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience with proposal database software Deltek Vision Hashtags At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
