Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Digital Product Management, you will lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and business analysts. Your mission is to define, develop, and launch next‑generation conversational AI features that drive measurable improvements in member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for conversational AI, from discovery and definition through launch and post‑launch optimization.
  • Customer‑Centric Discovery: Partner with the research team to develop detailed member personas, journey maps, and use‑case scenarios that uncover unmet needs and high‑impact opportunities.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage member data, conversational analytics, and industry benchmarks to assess the performance of existing bots and identify priority enhancements.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and marketing to translate product concepts into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
  • Roadmap Management: Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and risk, balancing quick wins with strategic, long‑term investments.
  • Testing & Validation: Lead user testing, A/B experiments, and post‑launch monitoring to validate hypotheses, iterate quickly, and ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as resolution rate, average handling time, member satisfaction (CSAT), and cost‑to‑serve reductions.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear product documentation, release notes, and stakeholder updates to keep the organization aligned and informed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep the product backlog refined, incorporate emerging AI trends, and champion a culture of experimentation and learning.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on AI‑driven or conversational products.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value propositions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure outcomes.
