Home-Based ABA Technician (BT/RBT) (Bronx)
ABA Dynamic - Home-Based ABA Technician (BT/RBT) - Bronx Job Summary ABA Dynamic is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clients' homes in the Bronx area. As a Home-Based ABA Technician, you will work closely with families and a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living
- Collaborate with caregivers to reinforce strategies
- Record accurate session notes and data
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and ethical standards Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with children or developmental needs preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in home-based services
- Bilingual skills are a plus and may be considered based on client needs What We Offer
