Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home office. As a CSR, you'll apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during a difficult time.

Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for

• Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
• Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Punctuality and reliability remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support
• Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
• Successfully demonstrating arenaflex's core values + Customer first fulfilling customer needs with compassion + Self-motivated taking initiative and committing to the task at hand + Teamwork promoting unity over self + Continuous improvement striving for daily growth Required Skills and Abilities To succeed in this role, you'll need
• Language skills ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and provide feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• Computer skills knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40wpm
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred Network Requirements To ensure a stable and secure connection, you'll need
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (tested using www.speedtest.net)
• An Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended
• A private network, not a public location
