Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Enter, verify, and maintain client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting real‑time updates to the production pipeline.
  • Monitor incoming emails, log documents, and record communications within the arenaflex platform (formerly Monday.com) as soon as they are received.
  • Adhere to program guidelines for all required database systems, including arenaflex, the arenaflex Content Management System (CMS), arenaflex eConservation, arenaflex HEARTWAP, arenaflex LIHEAP, and arenaflex In Demand.
  • Organize both digital and paper participant files in strict accordance with program policies, ensuring compliance with agency standards and funder requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with program staff to enhance communication flow, promote consistency in service delivery, and troubleshoot any data‑related issues.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, preparing mailings, providing phone coverage, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain consistent availability for remote work, attending virtual meetings, responding to emails promptly, and completing regular duties with reliability.
  • Participate in all required staff meetings, supervision sessions, training workshops, and contractual briefings to stay aligned with organizational goals.
  • Engage in mandatory agency training and ongoing professional development activities to continuously improve skill sets.
