Position Summary

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive passenger, employee, and operational information.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entry, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT—to streamline data entry workflows and improve overall efficiency.
  • Adhere to established deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage workload to meet departmental and corporate goals.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of data entry activities, audit trails, and process improvements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, quality‑control audits, and continuous‑improvement initiatives to keep arenaflex’s data standards at the cutting edge.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry, information management, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a data entry or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional typing speed (minimum 70 words per minute) with a high degree of accuracy (error rate less than 1%).
  • Proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), and familiarity with database management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work full‑time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational demands dictate.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States and reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience within the airline or broader travel industry, providing insight into flight operations, passenger data, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) or other aviation‑specific software platforms.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or industry‑specific standards like PCI‑DSS.

  • Experience with process‑improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) or participation in continuous‑improvement teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and adapt to evolving technology stacks.
