Pennsylvania Licensed Program Underwriter
To support the evaluation and management of a diverse property and casualty book of business, the full-time Program Underwriter will oversee underwriting activities, maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers, and contribute to regional growth strategies in a hybrid work environment based in West Chester, PA. Key responsibilities Oversee underwriting activities for new and renewal business, including risk evaluation and pricing analysis Manage ongoing relationships with agents, brokers, and carriers while resolving complex inquiries related to policies Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and support team development through knowledge sharing and training Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in insurance or a related field Four to five years of all lines property and casualty underwriting experience with carrier authority Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty license or ability to obtain licensure within twelve months of hire Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work confidently with various stakeholders Highly organized and comfortable managing a full underwriting desk using automated systems and Microsoft Office tools Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
