Transcription Specialist | Remote
Objective Support multilingual AI evaluation workflows by conducting call assessments and transcription tasks with a focus on scoring accuracy, speech quality analysis, and transcription consistency. Opportunity Details Job Format : Hourly contract; independent contractor; fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule Pay : $50 per hour Location : Remote Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct scripted or semi-structured call evaluations across supported languages
- Assess pronunciation, fluency, phrasing, and prosody using defined scoring criteria
- Score call quality according to provided evaluation guidelines
- Complete transcription tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Review multilingual audio interactions for speech quality consistency
- Apply standardized evaluation methods across assigned tasks
Role Requirements
- Fluency in one of the specified languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, Japanese, Danish, Hindi, Bengali, Arabic, Korean, Czech, Italian, or Turkish
- Ability to identify pronunciation, prosody, and phrasing deviations in spoken language
- Experience with data annotation, evaluation, transcription, or AI-related workflows
- Ability to maintain consistent scoring accuracy across evaluation tasks
- Availability to participate in a short-term project with consistent weekly hours
