We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. You will be responsible for supporting the QA processes, performing manual and automated testing, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues across our platform. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment, especially within the payments and Web3 space.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual testing of web applications and APIs
  • Write and maintain automated test cases using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or similar
  • Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools
  • Conduct basic database testing (e.g., data validation, query checks) using MongoDB
  • Log and track issues using bug tracking tools such as Jira
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand and clarify requirements
  • Participate in sprint planning and testing activities within an Agile development environment
  • Stay updated on modern QA practices and tools

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing
  • Strong skills in manual testing of web and API-based applications
  • Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
  • Familiarity with database testing concepts, preferably MongoDB
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Basic scripting skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player
