Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Remote Hospitality Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and customer engagement for their diverse portfolio of hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies within the hospitality sector, creative content generation skills, and a proven ability to execute successful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. Create engaging and high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and email newsletters, tailored to our target audiences. Manage and grow the company's social media presence, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty. Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights for optimization. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure ROI for all campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices in the hospitality industry. Assist in developing and executing online reputation management strategies. Plan and coordinate virtual events or online promotional activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the hospitality industry. Demonstrated success in developing and executing online marketing campaigns. Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), SEO best practices, and Google Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling marketing copy. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
