ABA Behavior Technician - Home Based
About the Job Behavior Technician / RBT (Afternoons, Evenings & Weekends) - PART TIME - SIGN-ON BONUS! Location In-home sessions (home-based services) Status Part-time with potential to grow into full-time Schedule Afternoons, evenings, and weekends required Mileage Reimbursement Included Training All training provided - no experience necessary! - Provide 11 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Help clients build communication, daily living, and social skills.
- Record data and monitor progress toward goals.
- Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment.
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
- Reliable transportation (for travel to client homes - mileage reimbursed).
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
