Role overview We are seeking a talented freelance full-time UI/UX Designer to join our 100% remote team of highly experienced professionals. You will apply your creative expertise to enhance user interfaces across complex industrial platforms, transforming concepts into engaging and impactful digital experiences. What you will do
- Take charge of complex, high-impact design projects end to end
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with our mission
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and UI kits
- Conduct extensive user research and translate insights into innovative design solutions
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, continuously striving for precision and impact
- Champion innovation by experimenting with new design techniques and technologies
- Advocate for design best practices and demonstrate the value of design in product development
- Stay current on emerging design trends and apply them to our projects
What you bring
- Minimum 7 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products
- Proven experience designing mobile and web applications, ideally within technology, finance, or industrial sectors
- Ability to build and maintain UI kits and design systems with technical precision
- Deep understanding of responsive web and mobile application design principles
- Knowledge of Apple, Google, and general UI/UX platform guidelines
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch
- Strong communicator and team player with solid English skills
- Comfortable working fully remote and communicating asynchronously
Nice to have
- Background in manufacturing, industrial software, or compliance platforms
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and analytics UIs
- Familiarity with agile / scrum workflows
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
