Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like Core Cleaning Duties Thoroughly clean residential homes according to Remotexa standards and each client’s customized preferences. Utilize eco‑friendly cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure all rooms, surfaces, and high‑touch areas meet the highest hygiene benchmarks. Client Interaction & Service Excellence Drive from your home directly to the client’s location, arriving punctual and prepared. Greet clients warmly, explain the cleaning plan, and answer any questions with a friendly, professional demeanor. Maintain open communication throughout the service, offering personalized suggestions when appropriate. Collect feedback after each appointment to continuously improve service quality. Logistics & Time Management Plan and optimize daily routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time. Track appointments, mileage, and job completion using Skillifyx’s mobile scheduling app. Adhere strictly to scheduled start and finish times, ensuring all assignments for the day are completed. Team Collaboration & Training Participate actively in the two‑week onboarding program, mastering cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service fundamentals. Occasionally pair with a fellow cleaner for larger homes or special projects, sharing knowledge and supporting each other. Provide mentorship to new hires after you have achieved a high competency level. Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring Customer‑Facing Experience: Prior work in a service, hospitality, or general labor role where interaction with people was key.
