Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics (remote)

This role will focus on tracking and reporting key product performance metrics through automated dashboards and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate is analytically driven, tech-savvy, and excited to translate complex data into actionable business insights. While the preferred candidate will work in a hybrid capacity out of our Bloomington, MN or Columbia City, IN locations, we do have flexibility for this role to be fully remote. What you will do Build and maintain dashboards that track product performance, sales trends, customer usage, and other key KPIs. Support the automation of recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, sales) to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy. Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support business questions and ad hoc analyses. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines or dashboard performance to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Translate insights into clear visualizations and presentations for stakeholders across the organization. Assist in documenting dashboard logic, data definitions, and reporting processes. Support the business transition of data sources.
