Nationwide Inbound Inc. is looking for personable and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our ever-growing inbound call center. Customer Service Representatives assist our clients... provide product/service information, fulfill customer needs, and try to resolve any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency. Employees enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment with opportunities for career growth. Positions are available immediately and or continuing throughout the summer months with the potential to continue working remote after returning to school. These positions can provide continuous employment throughout a students college career. Hours can include working throughout the summer months, during the school year, and/or when available during holiday breaks. Enhance your written and verbal communication skills Learn to adapt to a fast pace environment Develop strong customer service and sales skills Build your knowledge of a wide variety of industries Develop effective strong time management and organization skills The ability to move to full time employment if your college career changes or advancement opportunities become available *Job Functions** Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries Schedule appointments for home repair companies Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies *Requirements** Must be able to work weekends Proficient with the internet, data entry and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs Good typing, computer, and customer service skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively *Work from Home Requirements:** PC with at least Windows 7 Dual monitors USB headset Consistent reliable high-speed Internet access Quiet dedicated workspace *Benefits for part time and seasonal employees:** Paid Training FTO (Flexible Paid Time Off) EOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
