Job Description
The impact you will make As Lead Project Manager, you take ownership of medium to large product delivery projects across Finland and the Nordic region. You lead projects from planning through to final delivery, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. You are the key point of contact for customers and a central link across internal teams, suppliers, and service resources. Your work helps build strong customer relationships, supports business performance, and contributes to the successful delivery of critical power transmission solutions. What you will do You will: Lead the end-to-end execution of customer projects from planning to final delivery Manage customer relationships and contract delivery throughout the project lifecycle Create and maintain project schedules and delivery plans Oversee project reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Manage invoicing, variation orders, and cost control Monitor project progress and identify risks early, taking action to avoid delays Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, logistics, field service resources, and factory supervisors Support procurement activities with internal and external suppliers Ensure safe project execution and promote strong environmental, health, and safety practices Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and leadership through regular reviews What you bring You will be a strong fit for this role if you have: Solid experience working in project-based business environments with clear responsibility for project delivery Practical project management skills, including planning, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination Experience working with customers in a delivery-focused role Strong communication skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written A valid driver’s licence Willingness to travel within the Nordics as needed It would be helpful if you also have: Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, such as transformers or high-voltage circuit breakers An educational background in engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field Experience supporting environmental, health, and safety practices in project environments What we offer When you join us, you can expect: The opportunity to work in an international business with meaningful projects in the energy sector A dynamic and collaborative working environment Hybrid working arrangements that support flexibility Opportunities to grow your skills and develop your career A role where your work has visible impact for customers and for the future of the grid Why join us The energy sector is changing rapidly, and the grid is at the center of that transformation.
